Presentation of the County's Annual Financial Comprehensive Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended, June 30, 2022.
Points to Consider:
The County received a clean audit with no noted deficiencies for FY 2022. The County ended fiscal year 2022 fiscally sound, with an unassigned fund balance of $48,533,918. This represents 64% of the current operations budget, which is well above our fund balance policy.
Highlights of the ACFR can be found in the Management’s Discussion and Analysis beginning on page 5 of the report. The ACFR is attached separately for review.
Grant Davis, CPA of Mauldin & Jenkins will be presenting the results to Council. The Auditor’s Discussion and Analysis is attached separately for review.
