Council Action Requested:
Whether to appoint Judianna Tinklenberg to the Planning Commission as the District 4 representative. If appointed, she would fill an unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2023 and we would also request that she be appointed to fill her first four year term on the Commission and that term would expire on 06/30/2027.
Whether to appoint Dan West to the Historical Commission as the District 1 representative. If appointed, he would be replacing Jerry Marcus, who has resigned, and would be filling his unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2025. The Historical Commission does recommend this appointment (see attached letter).
Whether to appoint Alice Willis to the Historical Commission for one of their Advisory positions. The Commission has six Advisory, at large positions whom do not have voting privileges. If appointed as an Advisor, Ms. Willis would be filling an unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2025. The Historical Commission does recommend this appointment (see attached letter).
Whether to appoint Richard W. Van Hall to the Historical Commission for one of their Advisory positions. The Commission has six Advisory, at large positions whom do not have voting privileges. If appointed as an Advisor, Mr. Van Hall would be filling an unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2025. The Historical Commission does recommend this appointment (see attached letter).
