The purpose of the presentation is to provide an update on the status of the Comprehensive Plan project, specifically reviewing the future land use concepts. Staff would like feedback from Council regarding these concepts.
Points to Consider:
The eleven land use categories to be reviewed are as follows: (1) agriculture and timber; (2) conservation; (3) rural; (4) neighborhoods; (5) growth area; (6) edgewater; (7) core mixed use; (8) industry; (9) mining; (10) municipal; and (11) municipal influence area.
