Council Action Requested:
Whether to appoint Ann Christie to the Historical Commission as the District 6 representative. If reappointed, she would be filling her first four year term that would end on 06/30/2027.
Whether to appoint Tim Hammond to the Historical Commission as the District 2 representative. If reappointed, he would be filling his first four year term that would end on 06/30/2027.
Whether to appoint Ronald S. Patton to the Historical Commission as an Advisor. He currently serves as the District 4 representative; however, due to redistricting, a new District 4 representative will be appointed. Therefore, Mr. Patton would like to move to the open advisor position on the Commission and continue his service. If appointed as an advisor, he would fill an unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2023 AND would filling a four year term that would expire on 06/30/2027.
Whether to appoint Demetra Cornwell to the Historical Commission as the new District 4 representative. If appointed, she will be filling an unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2023 AND would be filling her first four year term that would expire on 06/30/2027.
Whether to appoint Deborah Cureton to the Library Board as an At Large representative. If reappointed, she would be filling her second four year term that would end on 06/30/2027.
Whether to appoint T. Yokima Cureton to the Planning Commission as the District 2 representative. If appointed, she will be filling an unexpired term that would end on 06/30/2023 AND would be filling her first four year term that would expire on 06/30/2027.
