Council Action Requested:
Recognition of three new Lancaster County Sheriff's Office Deputies who won awards during their recent Basic Law Enforcement classes at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
Points to Consider:
Morgan Eason won the J.P. Strom Award for the top academic performance for Basic Law Enforcement Class 781.
Luke Humanik won the Director's Physical Fitness Award for the highest physical fitness score for Basic Law Enforcement Class 783.
Riley Hennigan won the J.P. Strom Award for top academic performance AND won the Clifford Moyer Award for the highest marksmanship score for Basic Law Enforcment Class 783.
These deputies will begin their Field Training portion of their training with qualified Field Training Officers of the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office.
