Application by Ronald Woods and Rev. Matthew Alexander on behalf of Grace-Lynwood United Methodist Church to rezone 5.819 acres at 1743 Lynwood Drive (TM# 087G-0C-004.00) from Institutional (INS) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) District, in order to market the property for residential use.
Points to Consider:
The Church on the site was torn down a few years ago. All that remain is the former parsonage and a small storage building.
Since the land is currently zoned Institutional, only an employee of the Church can live on the property.
Rezoning of the property would allow for the property to be placed on the market as a residential property.
