Council Action Requested:
Dr. April Williams, Director of the Lancaster County Library, and Amanda Roberts, District Manager of the Lancaster County Soil & Water Conservation District (LCSWCD), will present information regarding the Library's Seed Program.
Dr. Williams will also be highlighting the statistics from the Library's Summer Reading Program.
Points to Consider:
The Library and the LCSWCD teamed up to bring the "Sowing Seeds" Program to Lancaster County and they will be highlighting the success of the program.
Funding and Liability Factors:
The Library's funding is provided for annually in the County's budget, as well as some funding for the Lancaster County Soil & Water Conservation District.
