Approve the Resolution changing the Speed Limit on Niven Road from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour.

Niven Road has completed a traffic calming process and it was determined that a lower speed limit would enhance the traffic calming measures.

There are no funding factors regarding changing the speed limit.

Approve the Resolution.
